Andrew sits on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal's User Group, he is an Executive on the Committee of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme, a member of the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers and founder member of the Lawyers Defence Group. His primary instructions comprise acting for firms and individuals in the following areas:
- SRA Investigations;
- SDT proceedings;
- SRA Interventions (avoiding them and appeals) & Voluntary Practice Closure;
- Self reports; and
- Partnership disputes
